A rare opportunity to sample the creations of an artistic chef. Even when he is not there, it's still the best place for a variety of nigiri and sashimi. Kitchen is great as wet ”

It is definitely pricey but they have a lot of *different* stuff than the other sushi places in town, including tamago (omelette) nigiri which we haven't been able to get in Brazos for over a decade. It was all fun and good quality. I think we will stick with Aji and their fried rolls when we're looking for cheap sushi, but this is our new fancy sushi place. We got several rolls, including a sweet one with peanut. None were drowning in mayo and they all tasted different. Their poke was probably the best we've had in town with generous portions and freshly cut perfectly ripe avocado (though also $15). The unagi Don was great. The eggplant appetizer we got was simple but high quality and nicely cooked/flavored. ”

“ Miso Soup, Aloha Poke Bowl Lunch, hot teas. Tracy is so kind amazing. I decided to stop and try the sushi but instead I got Miso Soup and poke bowl. The lunch portion was so very filling. The food is delicious. Come check them out and say hi to Tracy. They treat you like royalty. Perfect place to have dinner or lunch. I definitely will be back. It's very cozy and warm. I am comfortably full. If you like Sushi this is the place to go. Very clean. Thank you Tracy I will be back. ”
